The line installed in Euroacciai allows scotch-brite brushing and satin finishing up to a width of 1500 mm and to a thickness of 4,00 mm.
Scotch-brite
Scotch-brite is a brushing process that makes the stainless steel surface perfectly uniform and practically without any traces, through the use of materials in non-woven synthetic fibers (nylon) impregnated with abrasive grains of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.
Polishing/Satin finishing
The polishing line works with canvas grinding belts in different grains and it guarantees: a good uniformity of the roughness values on the entire surface, the removal of oxides and other impurities, a good finish and appearance as well as a surface preparation for various applications.
